Refund Policy
No Refund
At DCH Home Maintenance & Remodel, we take pride in delivering high-quality services with professionalism, transparency, and care. To maintain fairness and uphold the integrity of our scheduling and operational processes, we have established the following No Refund Policy:
1. All Sales Are Final
Payments made for services rendered by DCH Home Maintenance & Remodel are non-refundable. Once a service is scheduled and payment is collected—whether in part or in full—it is considered final.
2. Service Satisfaction
While we do not offer refunds, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have any concerns about the service you received, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can review the matter and determine if any corrective action is appropriate.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a service adjustment or re-visit to address concerns. However, this does not constitute a refund or guarantee of further compensation.
3. Deposits and Prepaid Services
Any deposit or payment made in advance to secure a service appointment is non-refundable. In some cases, deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment.
4. No Refunds for Cancellations Without Proper Notice
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or missed entirely without notice, may result in forfeiture of payment or deposit.
5. No Refunds for Customized Work or Labor
Custom labor, material orders, or specialized services performed at the customer’s request are non-refundable once work begins. This includes, but is not limited to:

Maintenance packages performed in full or in part
